I am a disability rights advocate, accessibility consultant and trainer for inclusive information, communication and technology, who happens to be deaf.
I currently work as a Customer Journey Expert at ING in Amsterdam. A global financial institution with a strong European base, offering banking services. My focus is on accessibility, making banking available for customers with a disability. Next to this I am involved in the implementation of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities by the Government in the Netherlands.
